It's more my style to
get gone cause we felt like
anywhere works as long as
it's me and him
and somewhere I can
get him to myself
when I feel so inclined
and in between time
something pretty to look at
and special to sip
while I write
bout how I plan to
do things ladies don't
discuss in public
and a few I think
I thought up on my own
but time will tell
cause we here for a minute
so there's no need to rush

It's more my thing to
be caught singing
stirring a pot of something
shaking in the kitchen
not on a dancefloor
but still get crept up on
from somewhere behind
out the corner of my eye
make a move in the middle
of a different mission
lowering one flame
while another gets lit
nothing burning
but it's sure hot as hell
in the kitchen
and I ain't trying to leave

It's more my thing to
kick it one dude
do what I do work wise
fearless and on the frontline
cause they see him in my eyes
my smiles not an invitation to shit
so I don't know why they try
while their speaking
I'm on my third son with him
trying to figure out
where that hat is I bought him?
waiting for my today
